POSITION: APPLICATION ENGINEER
LOCATION: Chengdu, Beijing
REQUIREMENTS: BS or above, MS preferred, with major in Power Electronic or Electronic and Information Engineering preferable. Candidate should have at least 3 years R&D experience in AC to DC or DC to DC power field and a strong power electronics or switching mode power supply background; be familiar with various measurement equipment, PCB design and layout; be self-motivated with the ability to work independently, within a team and under pressure; and have sound speaking and writing English language skills. Candidate will be responsible for hardware debugging and power management IC evaluation such as, AC/DC converter, DC/DC converter and PFC controller ICs; writing product data sheets, test plans, system evaluation reports and application notes, design application schematics and design demo IC demo boards; serving as a bridge between the product manager and FAE or customers, providing solutions according to requirements from FAE or customer; and ensuring each IC performs before production.

POSITION: FIELD APPLICATION ENGINEER
LOCATION: Shenzhen, Shanghai
REQUIREMENTS: BS or above, MS preferred, with major in Power Electronic or Electronic and Information Engineering preferable. Candidate should have at least 3 years experience in IC design or the technical application field; be familiar with switching Mode DC/DC converter or LED lighting battery charger or AC/DC power supply; be self-motivated with sound communication skills and the ability to travel and work as customer site support. Candidate will be responsible for customer service and technical support, supporting customers in their production milestones; technical introduction and promotion of products to customers and training, if needed; communicating with customers to resolve any technical issues in the product life cycle; providing updates to customers on existing and new product releases; technical training for distributors, sales and FAEs; work closely with sales, marketing and application teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

POSITION: ANALOG IC DESIGN ENGINEER
LOCATION: Beijing, Chengdu, Wuhan
REQUIREMENTS: BS or above, MS preferred, with major in Microelectronics or Electronic and Information Engineering preferable. Candidate should have at least 3 years analog design experience, knowledge and design experience using some or all LDO, DC/DC, Power Switch, Power Fuse, LED Driver and Power FET Driver blocks; be familiar with layout direction for optimal analog performance, have a sound understanding of device physics and practical applications of power devices; work well with IC design tools; be self-motivated with the ability to work within a team; and have sound speaking and writing English language skills. Responsibilities include IC analog product development; taking lead in low & high voltage CMOS circuit design and SPICE simulation; working with the layout engineer on layout procedures and IC design and evaluation in power management products; working closely with AE and FAE on test, manufacture and low cost production; and project planning and reporting.

POSITION: LAYOUT ENGINEER

REQUIREMENTS: BS or above, MS preferred, with major in Microelectronics or Electronic and Information Engineering preferable. Candidate should have at least 3 years analog layout experience, plus be familiar with the CMOS process and have sound knowledge of the physical behavior of Diode, MOSFET and Bipolar devices; be self-motivated with the ability to work independently, within a team and under pressure; and have sound speaking and writing English language skills. The ideal candidate can take responsibility for analog or mixed signal IC layout; managing all levels of the analog mask layout, ESD pad placement, block level layout up to top level integration and tape out; completing the custom layout of analog blocks; and working with the design engineer to understand layout requirements to ensure the highest quality product.

SANTA CLARA POSITIONS
POSITION: SENIOR TEST ENGINEER
LOCATION: SANTA CLARA
Description: Evaluate Test Plans and perform Test Program and Test Hardware Development in accordance with the schedule the priorities from the R&D team Evaluate engineering samples for ESD and Latch up performance and performance and perform early characterization on the ATE Perform Design Verification activities as needed and coordinate the Product Release process Help perform FA and corrective action Support off shore operation teams to solve any production issues Supervise support technicians
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Mixed signal Test program development. ASL1000 & Eagle ETS-364 program development.
2. C++ Language/ Programming.
3. Knowledge of IC ESD and LU protection is essential

POSITION: TECHNICAL MARKETING ENGINEER
LOCATION: SANTA CLARA
Description: The Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) is a technologist who works as a part of the battery marketing team. The TME will work with a cross-functional team to ensure that the products that we bring to market are successful in a wide variety of customer engagements.
The TME must be a technical expert. The TME must have the ability to clearly articulate the technical differentiators of a product and also work with the Product Management teams to continually improve the existing products and develop new products.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Work with the Competitive Team for market trend and competitive analysis.
- Work with cross-function team for new product definition and MRD(Marketing Requirements Documents)
- Create design guides, troubleshooting guides, evaluation guides, application notes, technical white papers, presentations, videos and demonstrations for our battery management products.
- Support sales and marketing efforts as required. Some travel required to support field and marketing activity.
- Support product launch activities and assist with sales Training activities.
- Respond to customer or field inquiries, and work with a cross-functional team of PMs, FAEs, Engineers as required.
Qualifications:
- Extensive customer and field experience is a must.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills required.
- Familiar with semiconductor industry
- Battery management experience is Plus
- Prior experience as a TME or Sales Engineer is a must.
- A BS (business, marketing, or engineering preferred)
- Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of urgency.
- Must be resourceful, proactive and aggressive.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and possessing a high level of integrity.
- Team player that works well in collaborative situations.
